Patricia "Patsy" A. Proksch

Patricia "Patsy" A. Proksch, 73, formerly of Stoddard died Thursday October 10, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. She was born December 16, 1939 to Clarence and Dorothy (Christianson) Proksch in La Crosse and lived on the family farm with them. She entered Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse in 1993 where she resided the past 20 years. Patsy loved to watch birds, draw and paint, look at books and tell stories.

Survivors include her brother Lyle (Joyce) Proksch of Hastings, Michigan and a sister Nancy (Bruce) Mix of Rochester, Minnesota and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Roger.

Graveside services will be held at noon Tuesday October 15, 2013 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery in Stoddard with Rev. Philip Arnold officiating. Memorials may be given to Bethany St. Joseph Care Center, 2501 Shelby Road, La Crosse, WI 54601.
